Please familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions. By proceeding with your booking you acknowledge that you have read and understood these. 

Coaching Opportunity (Try it before you buy it)

This is a unique, one-time opportunity to receive a free health empowerment coaching session, lasting a maximum of 30 minutes unless otherwise specified or agreed upon.

This is a one-off opportunity. If you’ve already taken advantage of this offer, please note that it is no longer available. However, you can still book a session through one of the respected tiers.

Initial correspondence, including booking registration, confirmation and detailed instructions, will be conducted via email. After confirming your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation email with a secure Google Meet link

A second email will be sent shortly after (usually within 24h) with additional information on how to prepare and includes a short questionnaire. Please review the email thoroughly; completion of the questionnaire is required to confirm your booking. This helps tailor the session to your needs and demonstrates your commitment to the process. If the form is not completed, the session may be subject to cancellation.

Please be aware that while this session is designed to offer guidance, support, and potentially an alternative perspective based on my expertise, it does not include diagnostic, treatment, or curative services for any ailment or disease. For such needs, please seek professional medical support. The session aims to empower you by establishing a mutual working relationship and exploring how a personalised approach can help you align your expectations with your health goals, leveraging my personal and professional background in Holistic Health, Low Tox Living, Feng Shui, Geomancy and Nutrition.

The session will be conducted using Google Meet, unless otherwise discussed. Any device that supports Google Meet is suitable. The meeting link and additional details will be provided in the email sent before your appointment.

Sessions may also include recommendations and marketing of affiliated third-party brands, services, or products, based on my professional judgment and experience of what may support your personal needs and circumstances. You are encouraged to evaluate these recommendations to determine if they align with your individual goals. Any costs or fees associated with third-party products or services, as well as any outcomes therefrom, are your sole responsibility.

After the session, pricing for additional services will be communicated transparently, and you will also be offered to extend your current session when appropriate.

Following the session, you will receive a follow-up email with a summary transcript of our discussion. The email will also include recommended resources and/or strategies, marketing materials, information on how to continue working with me if you choose to, and an opportunity to provide feedback.

The session will be personal, private, and treated confidentially, ensuring a safe space for discussing your concerns and goals. Any content shared during the session will remain confidential and will not be shared without your prior consent. Unauthorized sharing of session content risks breaching this confidentiality agreement and may result in the termination of future services.

Pay as you go Services

Paid services are available at the advertised rates for a 60-minute session. These are standard, Pay-as-you-go sessions. Personalised packages can be arranged upon request and are subjected to their own negotiated terms and conditions. 

For ZinZino & dōTERRA customers and partners, an exclusive package is available with its own terms and conditions. In addition, this offer is currently extended to all customers of personally enrolled ZinZino Business Partners and may change in the future. If changes occur, I will provide 30 days’ notice and a 30-day cooling-off period, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds and rescheduling of paid sessions is permitted according to the cancellation policy.

This is a unique Pay-as-you-go coaching session, priced at $145, lasting a maximum of 60 minutes unless otherwise specified or agreed upon. Initial correspondence, including booking registration, confirmation and detailed instructions, will be conducted via email. After confirming your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation email with a secure Google Meet link.

Initial correspondence, including booking registration, confirmation and detailed instructions, will be conducted via email. After securing your booking using STRIPE, you will receive a payment confirmation email.

A second email will be sent within 24 hours, providing access to my coaching calendar and a secure Google Meet link. Please use the calendar to lock in your appointment, and note that you can reschedule as outlined in the Terms below. The email will also include a questionnaire to help tailor the session to your needs. Please review the email thoroughly and complete the questionnaire to help tailor the session to your needs. Your completion of the form demonstrates your commitment to the process.

Personalised Packages can be arranged upon request and are subjected to their own negotiated terms and conditions. 

Cancellation or rescheduling of paid sessions is permitted according to the cancellation policy.

Zinzino & dōTERRA Empowerment Sessions

This is a unique Pay-as-you-go coaching session (only available to personally enrolled ZINZINO & dōTERRA clients or partners***), priced at $80. The session lasts up to 60 minutes, unless otherwise specified or agreed upon.

This exclusive offer is available only to customers who are personally enrolled and currently active, as defined by ZinZino. The offer also extends to all personally enrolled ZinZino Business Partners and their subsequent enrolled customers and partners.

Please note that this offer is made at my sole discretion and is not officially endorsed or supported by ZinZino, and respected partners. Your active status will be confirmed and verified directly with ZinZino before any coaching or mentorship sessions commence.

If you have prepaid for sessions but do not meet the current qualifications as a ZinZino customer or partner:

  a) You may choose to enrol as a ZinZino customer and/or partner, in accordance with the provided definition.

  b) Alternatively, you will be offered a health coaching session lasting between 15 to 30 minutes.

  c) You may also request a refund according to the cancellation policy.

If you are not yet a current ZinZino independent partner within my team structure or are considering this opportunity, you can discuss the potential for exclusive mentorship packages upon request.

dōTERRA Exclusive Clients Only

This exclusive offer is available only to customers and partners who are personally enrolled and currently active, as defined by dōTERRA.

Please note that this offer is made at my sole discretion and is not officially endorsed or supported by dōTERRA. Your active status will be confirmed and verified directly with dōTERRA before any coaching or mentorship sessions commence.

If you have prepaid for sessions but do not meet the current qualifications as a dōTERRA partner or LRP customer:

  a) You may choose to enrol as a dōTERRA LRP customer and/or partner, in accordance with the provided definition.

  b) Alternatively, you will be offered a health coaching session lasting between 15 to 30 minutes.

  c) You may also request a refund according to the cancellation policy.

If you are not yet a current dōTERRA partner within my team structure or are considering this opportunity, you can discuss the potential for exclusive mentorship packages upon request.

Code of Conduct

In adherence to the highest standards of professionalism, respect for the diversity of health views, shaped by personal, social, and cultural values, is paramount. The objective is to support the development of personal health literacy competencies, enabling you to make informed decisions based on your personal unique circumstances.

Acknowledgement is given to potential language barriers, cultural diversity, and variations in educational backgrounds. These factors can influence how health information is sought, obtained, interpreted, and remembered, as well as the personal action and accountability taken in response to information provided in good faith. Every effort will be made to accommodate these factors to ensure clear and effective communication.

By engaging in available services you acknowledge to uphold a professional code of conduct during sessions. This includes honouring scheduled appointments, engaging in open and honest communication, and respecting the guidance provided. Mutual respect and professionalism are essential for a productive coaching relationship. This collaborative approach ensures that health goals are effectively addressed while respecting diverse needs and perspectives.

Change of Mind

Circumstances can change, and a free or paid session may no longer align with your needs. If you have booked a session but decide not to attend, please notify me as a matter of courtesy, allowing the opportunity to offer the appointment to someone else. Failure to provide such notice will be considered a No-Show, which may impact your eligibility for future free consultations and could result in ineligibility for a refund on paid sessions. Please note that all sessions are offered at my sole discretion, unless otherwise specified in writing. I reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any session—whether free or paid—at any time, for any reason, including misuse of the service or disrespectful behaviour. Paid bookings remain subject to the cancellation and refund policy outlined herein. 

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior without penalty. For Pay-as-you-go sessions, rescheduling is permitted up to three times; however, the total duration of all rescheduling cannot exceed 4 months. If, after the third rescheduling, you are still unable to attend, your appointment will be forfeited. However, I may consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation

You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your confirmed booking.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will incur a 5% service fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, or a No-Show, will result in the forfeiture of your booking, and you will not be entitled to a refund.

No-Show Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior without penalty. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (No-Show) will result in the forfeiture of your eligibility for any refund.

Refunds

Pay-as-you-go session refunds are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined here. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will be processed in accordance with Stripe’s Terms and Conditions. Please note that transaction processing fees are non-refundable, meaning the original payment processing fee will not be returned when a refund is issued.

Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, or a No-Show, will result in the forfeiture of your booking, and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Recommendations for affiliated products or services may be provided. Participation in these recommendations is entirely at your own discretion, and any costs or fees associated with third-party products or services are your sole responsibility.

A full refund will only be offered if I am unable to honour the agreement due to circumstances beyond my control, such as serious illness or emergencies. This does not include issues such as scheduling conflicts or minor disruptions.

Liability Limitation

The coaching provided is intended solely for informational and educational purposes, designed to help you develop the confidence and health literacy skills necessary to make informed decisions about your health. While the coaching aims to enhance your understanding and decision-making, it does not replace professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic services.

You are solely responsible for any actions or decisions made based on the content of the sessions. The coaching does not include diagnostic, treatment, or curative services for any ailment or condition, including all forms of addiction. For such needs, professional medical or psychological support is essential. If you are unable or unwilling to take responsibility for your actions and decisions, you will automatically be disqualified from all services offered.

Scope and Limitation

Pay-as-you-go sessions are designed to support your journey to better health and wellness by working with you to develop and improve critical health literacy skills. Please be aware that while these sessions offer guidance, support, and potentially an alternative perspective based on my expertise, they do not include diagnostic, treatment, or curative services for any ailment or disease. For such needs, please seek professional medical support. The session aims to empower you by establishing a mutual working relationship and exploring how a personalized approach can help you align your expectations with your health goals, leveraging my personal and professional background in Holistic Health, Low Tox Living, Feng Shui, Geomancy and Nutrition.

It is acceptable for you to provide me occasionally with resources for review, as well as questions that may require additional in-depth research. However, reviews of documents, videos, or other resources should not exceed 15–20 minutes at any given time. If requests for this are regular, and/or exceed this time frame, I will inform you and provide additional options for payment. Personally tailored and negotiated packages will have their own defined terms of reference regarding this matter.

Time Management: Each session is scheduled for 60 minutes, unless otherwise agreed upon. Should you require additional time beyond the initially booked session duration, an extension may be requested at the end of the session if applicable. This additional time will be billed in 15-minute intervals at a pro-rata rate, with payment required before the extended session continues. Alternatively, you may request an extension before the start of a session if you anticipate needing more time.

Updates & Amendments

The policies and procedures outlined here may be amended as necessary. Any changes to these policies will be communicated via email or through updates on our website. Clients will be notified of any modifications before they come into effect. Continued use of our services following such updates signifies acceptance of the revised policies.
